Who is amanda

Amanda’s love for music stems from a city rich in its foundation. Growing up in the surrounding suburbs of Detroit, Michigan, Amanda found her passion for singing early on. She cut and sold her very first covers album, entitled Try, at her elementary school’s own fifth grade business day and has moved forward releasing music up until her acceptance to Belmont University in 2021.

As a Commerical Music major with emphases in both Vocal Performance and Music Business, Amanda has made the dean’s list her entire college career and has had the pleasure of being a selected vocalist of Belmont’s R&B and Gospel ensemble, Voxology, who has worked with artists such as Kirk Franklin, PJ Morton, and Cece Winans. As her college career makes its end, she is looking forward to expanding her artistry and breaking into session work.
